# Uno Wallet

> Uno is a smart iOS wallet that automatically picks your best rewards card for every tap-to-pay purchase.

Uno Wallet ("Your Smart Wallet") connects your existing credit cards and routes each transaction to the card that earns the most rewards for that merchant category — no mental overhead at checkout. The product is currently in private beta on iOS, with a public waitlist.

## Security and trust (summary)

- Card credentials are provisioned directly into the iPhone's Secure Element, the tamper-resistant hardware chip that stores payment credentials. Uno never receives, transmits, or stores full card numbers (PANs) or CVVs.
- Uno stores only card metadata — issuer, card product, rewards structure, last four digits — plus account information. That is enough to recommend a card and not enough to make a charge.
- Uno does not intercept or reroute payment-network traffic and does not re-bill through an intermediary card. Each payment is a standard tokenized contactless transaction originated from a Secure-Element-stored credential, charged directly by the issuer of the selected card. Uno's role is card selection on the device, not transaction interception.
- Uno has not completed a SOC 2 audit or third-party penetration test; the company states this openly rather than implying certifications it does not hold.
